HeadWater Vineyard's market stand offers herbs and vegetables year round. We have beautiful organically grown fruits, vegetables and herbs.  We are working on wine vinegars and an early production of peninsula Verjus.

A Short History of HeadWater Vineyard

HeadWater Vineyard is the Olympic Peninsula's largest vineyard with over five thousand vines in the ground. We have several varieties of wine grapes that are maturing at the vineyard (it takes three years before a grape vine bears fruit).

Begun in 2007 by Brenda and Angelo Spandrio the vineyard was organized and planted as a "Champagne" vineyard, in the style of those in France.

When we purchased the property in March of 2009, we wanted to increase the scope of the vineyard and have more land to continue the salad and produce farming we had at Mt Shadow Greens.

Thanks for your interest and watching us grow.
